Mr. Wills joined Regional Paramedical Services in September 1997. Mr. Wills has served as a paramedic, relief supervisor, and full-time supervisor. Lee Wills was named Operations Manager in January 2008 and serves as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Wills currently holds the following certifications. Nationally Registered Paramedic, ACLS, BTLS, PEPP Provider, CPR/BLS Instructor, EVOC and PEPP Provider.
Mr. Waid joined Regional Paramedical Services in July 1987. Mr. Waid currently serves as Director of Operations. Mr. Waid has been a paramedic since 1984 and is certified ACLS, PALS, BTLS, PEPP, CPR, EVOC instructor, and a Hazmat Specialist. Mr. Waid has been the fire chief in Sumiton since 1992, an instructor at Bevill State Community College, a certified Alabama Peace Officers Standards and Training Commission (APOSTC) certified police officer and a Tactical Medic for the Winston County Sheriff’s Office.
Mrs. Thrasher has been with RPS since May 2009. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Alabama at Birmingham and over 20 years of experience in corporate accounting. She previously worked for various medical groups before joining RPS. She is responsible for all financial matters, including financial reporting, budgeting, statistical data, cash flows, and accounts payable. Mrs. Thrasher lives in Sumiton with her husband of 31 years, a teenage daughter, and two pups. Lisa and her family are members of Aldersgate United Methodist Church, where she serves as the Financial Secretary. They also enjoy spending time with extended family at their place on Smith Lake in Arley.
Mr. Pendley joined Regional Paramedical Services in December 1995. He is married to Jenny Pendley, a 7th-grade reading teacher at West Point Middle School in Cullman County. They have two children, Molly, 11 years old, and Tucker Brack, six. Mr. Pendley currently serves as the North District Operations Manager. He is a 1991 Graduate of Curry High School in Walker County. He attended Jacksonville State University and graduated from Bevill State Community College in 1996. Mr. Pendley is an instructor of ACLS and BLS and is current in PEPP and EVOC. He serves as Chairman of the EMS Council for Walker County and is an active member at Temple Baptist Church in Cullman County.
