We are excited to introduce you to Regional Training Institute, a non-profit organization established in 2023 to provide high quality Emergency Medical Services (EMS) education at an affordable price.The idea for RTI was born out of a pressing need for more trained professionals in the EMS field. A group of individuals, including John Morrow, Leo Deason, Lee Wills, and David Waid, came together to discuss how they could address this need by providing accessible and high-quality education for aspiring EMS professionals.

Join Our Team
Regional Paramedical Services, Inc. was established on July 7, 1987. Seeing a need to provide quality care to Walker County, John L. Wills formed, owned, and operated the first RPS ambulance service. Beginning in 1987 with two (2) ambulances and eight (8) employees, RPS has continued to provide impeccable service. Presently, over thirty-five years of service and expanding into a total of seven (7) counties; RPS has over eighty (80+) ambulances and over (450+) employees.
